Estimate Project Budget

Please advise Meloni of your preferred colors, style, functions, and any special requirements for the project. You may select designs or products from our website or catalog, or share reference images of designs you like.
Based on your information, we will provide a project budget estimate within 48 hours so you can understand the approximate total cost.

Confirm drawing & design

Once the project budget is approved, Meloni will begin the design process, including 3D visualizations and detailed 2D drawings. This stage typically takes 3–5 days.
Clients may request revisions at any time, and we will continue refining the design until the client and family are fully satisfied with the final result.

Sign Contract & Start Production

After the design and final order amount are confirmed, we will sign a legal sales contract with the client. All orders with Meloni are protected by free Trade Insurance for your security.
Production of all goods will be completed within 30–40 days after the deposit is received and final drawings are approved.

Inspection before production

After production, Meloni will pre-assemble all furniture, cabinets, and building materials in our factory to ensure quality and accurate sizing according to the approved drawings. We will provide photos and videos for your inspection, or you are welcome to visit the factory for a quality check. Once quality is confirmed, we will proceed with final packing.

Shipment

After the client receives the inspection photos and confirms that the quality and dimensions meet the approved design, the client will arrange the balance payment. Upon receiving the balance, Meloni will immediately arrange shipment.
If you are unsure how to arrange shipment, please consult your salesman. We offer drop shipment and door-to-door delivery to various regions and countries worldwide.

Installation

For every order, at least four dedicated team members ensure the highest quality of after-sales service, giving clients full confidence when purchasing from Meloni China. We provide online video guidance and remote installation support, and we also offer on-site installation services in more than 10 countries. For more details, please contact your salesperson.
