Quality Gaurantee Team
Each order we have a team to service client , totally THREE people . included Before Salels Maganer , Production Designer , After Service Manager ; After Service manager will send you pictures of proudcts before shipment .Or insist client come to factory to check all details of products .If client have any complains about product quality ,Designer will find out solution and give solution idea within 48 hours ; After Sales Manager will follow the complian until the problems is totally solved ;
Quality Gaurantee shipment
Because our products is building material , most of goods is customized design by client size .So pls understand that product error is hardly advoidable ;
If client made mistake in size and drawings , we will help client to make reworking and find solution to ship to clients ;
If factory we made mistake , we will make reworking for goods for free , and ship to clients pay the freight .
If goods is too heavy and freight is too much , client can buy in locally for reworking , we will pay for reworking part fee , after got the invoice from client .
